Arcadia Reptile EarthPro-Turtle Gold is the 'Gold Standard' in Aquatic Turtle care. It is a natural and balanced pelleted food mix suitable for all aquatic Turtles.

Formulated and made in the UK to the highest possible standard. This nutrient rich mix of pellets contains the correct balance of, Fish, Shrimp, 2 insect species, aquatic invertebrates, essential plant matter, snails, earthworms, vitamins, natural full spectrum minerals, essential oils/fats and a probiotic.

Contains whole fish meal and algae well known to help provide vitamins A and E and should be used alongside a well-appointed UVB source. A vast variety of ingredients are being included to ensure optimum health.

These pellets have been designed to be both attractive and palatable and will sink over time to allow bottom feeders including Musk Turtles to feed in a natural way.

In fact, some will sink and then form a 'must' that will be pulled into the mouth, yet another wilding feeding technique.

Feeding Instructions:
Arcadia Earth Pro Turtle Gold should be used alongside other plant and Live foods to offer fantastic nutrition, dietary variety, and enrichment.

TurtleGold can be used at every feed and includes a mix of floating, slowly sinking and skinking pellets.

Feed between 3-6 pellets at a time and as many as can be eaten within 5 minutes.

Wheat, Salmon fishmeal, Soya, Calcium, Shrimp, Silkworm, Alfalfa, Mineral clay, White fishmeal, Flax seed meal, Mealworm, Green Pea, Spinach, Krill, Daphnia, Carrot, Potato protein, Spirulina, Seaweed, Brewers yeast, Earthworm, Snail, Bloodworm, Dandelion, Celery, Broccoli, DiCalcium phosphate, Probiotic.

Nutritional Information:
34% protein, 5% crude fibre, 7% crude oils and fats, 9% crude ash, <8% moisture.

If you decide to change your mind about any item you have purchased, provided it is otherwise in pristine condition and unused we are happy to accept a return for either a refund or store credit within 30 days of placing your order. This does not cover livestock, as there is a separate guarantee for livestock. Requests must be made by email within 16 days of delivery. In addition all return delivery costs are the customers full responsibility. 

 

Returns in regards to livestock have a 7 day health and sex guarantee . All Coopz Reptiles livestock are only for sale if deemed healthy. Our team works hard to ensure each reptile and amphibian is healthy and has no health problems. We take no responsibility for the animals after the 7 day period. If you change your mind about the livestock you have purchased you must call us within 5 days of delivery. When purchasing livestock from this website you are agreeing that you have knowledge on the species being purchased and have a good understanding of how to care for the species bought. You have the right to download and print off our care sheets provided on our website to aid you with how to correctly look after your animal. Care Sheets must not be edited for commercial use. The reason why there is only a 7 day guarantee is because we cannot determine how the customer is going to care for livestock brought from us. We take no responsibility for reptiles being incorrectly sexed after this period and you will not get a refund. This is non negotiable. 

 

Any health issues a reptile or amphibian may have after this 7 day period would mean that you are entitled to be responsible for the health and wellbeing of the animal. Our team is more than happy to answer any health and wellbeing related problems over the phone so please feel free to call us for some advice. We would also recommend you to contact a Veterinarian to check the animal.

If you decide after 7 days that you are adamant that you cannot care for the species purchased from us, we are more than happy to rescue the animal you bought, but you will not receive a refund. We are happy to rescue the animal because we believe every reptile deserves the best in life. 

 

If your item is delivered and is faulty, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

All faulty items must be returned to us for assessment before any exchange or refund is issued by our team.

 

If your items have not arrived within the specified time frame above, please contact us directly so we can look into your order. Kindly include your order number, full name and address in your message. This will enable us to return to you with a quicker response.

 

If any of your items are out of stock once your order has been placed, we will remove these items from your order and dispatch the remaining items which you purchased. 

In addition, we will make sure you get refunded for your missing items which were out of stock.

 

Depending on availability of products, shipments may be available for purchases abroad pending prior notification and consultation with a member of the team. 

We only ship Monday-Thursday (excluding Bank holidays).

We offer a few different delivery options for you to choose from, we do advise that you pick signed for as this way we can be sure that the products arive with you. If you do choose another service and it becomes lost during its delivery we are not liable for the recovery and reserve our right to deny a refund depending on the circumstances.

Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out Monday morning.
