Our team works hard to ensure each reptile and amphibian is healthy and has no health problems. We take no responsibility for the animals after the 7 day period. If you change your mind about the livestock you have purchased you must call us within 5 days of delivery. When purchasing livestock from this website you are agreeing that you have knowledge on the species being purchased and have a good understanding of how to care for the species bought. You have the right to download and print off our care sheets provided on our website to aid you with how to correctly look after your animal. Care Sheets must not be edited for commercial use. The reason why there is only a 7 day guarantee is because we cannot determine how the customer is going to care for livestock brought from us. Any health issues a reptile or amphibian may have after this 7 day period would mean that you are entitled to be responsible for the health and wellbeing of the animal. Our team is more than happy to answer any health and wellbeing related problems over the phone so please feel free to call us for some advice. We would also recommend you to contact a Veterinarian to check the animal.

If you decide after 7 days that you are adamant that you cannot care for the species purchased from us, we are more than happy to rescue the animal you bought, but you will not receive a refund. We are happy to rescue the animal because we believe every reptile deserves the best in life.
