CUSTOMER CARE

Store Policy

All that we ask is for anyone that enters the store to be respectful of the animals on site. For example no bothering them while they are in their enclosure e.g. tapping on the glass, being excessively load around them etc. Also when handling any of the livestock please be very careful with them and listen to everything that the member of staff is telling you as to help avoid any unnecessary stress in the animal. 

Privacy & Safety

Any privacy questions that you might have should be covered in the privacy policy that can be found in both the header and the footer of this page. If there is anything that you cannot find the answer to then please feel free to contact us via your preferred method and a member of staff will be happy to help. 

As for safety, there is always a chance that when handling any of the livestock we have in store, you could be scratched or bitten. Our staff will always clearly outline the rules of handling and will only allow you to handle a reptile if they believe that it will not put the animal under any unnecessary stress which could cause health concerns or aggressive behaviour. Similarly if any animal is displaying and health concerns then they will be restricted from being handled.
